Return & Refund Policy – Rolling Straight
At Rolling Straight, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be stoked with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Worn, damaged, or washed items
Exchanges
If you’ve ordered the wrong size or need a different item, we’re happy to help with an exchange (subject to stock availability).
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We’ll cover shipping for the replacement item (NZ only)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
