Processing Times



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.


During busy periods (new drops, sales, events), processing times may be slightly longer.


Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.





New Zealand Shipping



  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Rural Delivery: +1–2 extra days



Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.





International Shipping



We ship worldwide.


  • Delivery times vary depending on location (typically 5–15 business days)
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout



Please note:


  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer






Order Tracking



Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.





Delays & Lost Parcels



While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Rolling Straight is not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Courier services
  • Weather or disruptions
  • Customs processing



If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help you track it down.





Incorrect Address



Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.


Rolling Straight is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


If an order is returned to us:


  • Additional shipping charges may apply to resend it






Damaged Parcels



If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage



We’ll sort it from there.
